STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) activities captivate young students. Explore the latest apps like Kodable, ScratchJr, and Osmo Coding and Blue-Bot robots. Through exploration and fun, students are deeply engaged and that engagement leads to learning.
DURATION: 4 weeks
For middle and high schoolers who have some coding experience, and want to take their 3D printing skills to the next level. Learn how engineers design 3D models using OpenSCAD.
DURATION: 3 WEEK PROGRAM
For kids who love Scratch and want to further explore that interest, this is the class. Coding Club provides a community for creativity and inspiration, where students can get help and advice from instructors, and share their creations with friends.
DURATION: 6 Week Program
Design and create exciting robots with the cutting-edge LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3. Program those creations using Scratch, an easy programming language designed for learning. This class is a next step for kids who enjoy building with their hands and their minds.

Have an interest? Get passionate about Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Explore robotics with EV3 and coding with Scratch. Our STEM programs take place during vacations and selected Saturdays.

Girls entering grades 2-4 will learn how to build a zoetrope, a pre-cinema animation device, while learning about illustration and animation, using iPad apps and the GoldieBlox Movie Machine.
Open to girls entering 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade.
August 15th -17th, 9AM - 12PM with snack break
Students will have fun learning the basics of programming with Blue-Bots and acclaimed iPad apps like Kodable and ScratchJr. They will build confidence in sequencing, directionality, problem-solving, counting, and estimation. In the second hour we will focus on building critical thinking skills in the offline world, using classic childrens' games, puzzles and building materials.
Open to students entering 1st and 2nd grade.
